Vrox Labs ("we", "us", or "our") operates the LogBook ERP software platform, including the LogBook Mobile application and LogBook Web portal. LogBook provides GST billing, inventory stock management, customer Udhaar ledger management, and bookkeeping for retail and enterprise merchants.

We NEVER sell or monetize personal or business data to third-party advertisers or data brokers.

• Cloud Infrastructure Providers: Secure hosting, database storage, and automated backup services operating under strict non-disclosure agreements.
• Legal Compliance: When mandated by applicable Indian laws, statutory tax audits, or valid court orders.

• Encryption in Transit: All network traffic between client devices and servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3 / HTTPS.
• Database Tenant Isolation: Enterprise database schemas use strict multi-tenant data isolation to prevent cross-account access.

6. Account Deletion & Data Rights

• In-App Profile Management: Edit business details directly from the Settings screen in LogBook.
• Permanent Account Deletion: Send an email to support@vroxlabs.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Verified requests will result in complete purge of personal and cloud enterprise data within 30 days.
